Vogelture offers non tangible irrevocable goods and does not issue refunds once the initial 5 days of the project is complete. The start date of the project is considered as the day of the first initiation payment that occurred. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any service from us.
Exceptional circumstances do occur, and possible refunds will be considered in extreme cases. To inquire about the eligibility of a refund please email info@vogelture.com initial before 5 days in first line.
